Day 1. Delhi-Leh
On your arrival at (Kushok Bakula) airport in Leh, you will be greeted by our representative who will transfer you to your hotel comfortably. The day will be at your leisure so that you get acclimatized with the weather and, high altitude and high pressure.
Day 2. Leh-Alchi
This morning hit the road towards west of Leh and explore the miniature paintings of Alchi Monastery. This monastery is situated on low land where as other monasteries in Leh are situated on hill top. There are 5 temples in the compound of this monastery which are famous for their architecture. En route, drive past Magnetic Hill which has magnetic properties and confluence of Indus and Zanskar River at Nimu.
Day 3. Alchi- Uleytokpo
This morning get set to leave for Uletokpo camping site which one of the most beautiful camping site in the Ladakh region. For the day enjoy various activities in your camp and in the evening, enjoy sitting on the banks of river coming down from the Ridzong side. End you day with a Bonfire at the camp.
Day 4. Alchi – Leh
This morning you will revert toward Leh, while heading back to Leh, en route visit Military Hall of Fame which is located near the Leh Airfiled, it is a museum constructed as well as maintained by the Indian Army in the memory of the soldiers who had lost their lives during the Indo-Pak wars. It is also termed as a memorial for the war heroes. Re energize yourself at hotel in Leh for the next adventurous day.
Day 5. Leh to Nubra Valley
Early morning, get ready for an adventurous drive to Nubra Valley. On arrival at Nubra valley you will be transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, explore Hunder & Diskit monastery and enjoy white sand dunes via camel safari and get some candid photos clicked. The safari tour is done with double humped camels that are found only in Nubra Valley.
Day 6. Nubra Valley to Leh
This morning will commence with a visit to the Samstanling Monastry which is situated in Sumlur village, this monastery is situated amidst the scenic beauty and serves daily needs of 50 monks. Return to Leh, and in the evening explore the local bazaars (markets) of Leh. One can purchase shopping items such as Pashmina shawls, Chinese cutleries, good pearls and Ladakhi woolen handicrafts here.
Day 7. Leh-pangong Lake
The entire day will be dedicated to a tour of Pangong Lake. The Pangong Lake is a beautiful crystal clear blue colour water Lake. It is situated at an elevation of 4,400 meters. En route, cross Chang la pass and drive through Durbuk and Tangtse village situated in the Changthang region of Ladakh.
In the afternoon, enjoy sitting on the white sand near the lake and capture this panoramic view in your eyes for a lifetime. Later you can take a tour of the local village which will provide a cultural insight into Leh. Enjoy an unforgettable night in camp.
Day 8. Pangong -Leh
Early morning take some memorable pictures near lake in early rays of sun which will give another dimension to your photography. Post breakfast, drive back to Leh. Take a tour of Hemis Monastery which is 5 kilometer away from Leh it is the largest and richest monastery complex in Ladakh. By the afternoon we will be at Leh. Rest of the day will be at your leisure.
Day 9. Leh – Khardong La– Leh
After a light breakfast get ready for an adventurous bike ride to Khardong la Pass. Khardung La is located 40 Km north of Leh, links the capital of Ladakh on the way to the Siachen Glacier. It said to be the world's highest motor able pass at 18,380 ft or 5,602 mtrs. On your way to your destination you surely will get numerous memorable pictures of the spectacular view, and you will feel the adrenalin rush in your body. Enjoy a hot cup of tea from the tea-stall at Khardung La, taste of which you won’t forget for a long time.
Day 10. Leh
This day enjoy some local walks in Leh near your hotel, enjoy delicious local delicacies and buy souvenirs for your friends and family from the vibrant markets. Meet the local people and experience their lives in this difficult terrain.
Day 11. Leh to Delhi
Today you will be dropped at the airport to board your flight back to Delhi.
Day 12. Delhi
This morning you will explore the heart of India beginning from Old Delhi visiting the largest mosque in India- Jama Masjid and the Red Fort which was the residence of rulers of Mughal dynasty. A walk through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk will expose you to various street delicacies, extremely popular in Delhi. Your sightseeing tour also will include places like Qutub Minar and Humayun’s Tomb which till today carry the Mughal legacy.
Day 13 Departure
This day will be the end of your unforgettable tour memories of which you are going to cherish forever; you will be driven to the airport on time by our representative.
